How to find us if Alexa refuses your polite request
Important news for Amazon Echo users
If your Amazon Echo device is playing up when you ask it to ‘play Radio Exe Devon’, this might be due to a change in the way Amazon’s skills work. We’re still there, you just need to disable the old Radio Exe skill in order to listen!
Here’s how to do it…
1) head to the Amazon Alexa app and tap ‘more’ at the bottom of the screen
2) in the ‘skills & games’ section, scroll to the bottom of the page where you’ll see ‘your skills’ – tap that
3) find the Radio Exe skill and in ‘settings’ you can disable the skill
It’s a pain, we know, but you’ll only have to do it once and then ‘play Radio Exe Devon’ should work every time (ignore this if yours is still working ok!)
