It will be affected by closures over the next 2 - 3 months.
The Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust says there will be changes to opening hours at the busy walk-in service.
In a post on Facebook, the Trust blamed "staffing demands".
This week it will be closed during the week but open on Saturday and Sunday as usual.
It is encouraging patients to use the walk-in centre at Wonford (at the RD&E) instead, with University students urged to attend the Student Health Centre
It has apologised for the inconvenience and says Sexual Health Services on the same site are unaffected.
