A new seafront hotel in Exmouth has won planning permission. The 60-room hotel will be built on the site of the Elizabeth Hall, which will be demolished.
That'll come as a blow to campaigners who've been fighting to save the hall - they want to retain it as a community facility.
Another major development for Exmouth has also moved a step forward - the outline proposal to build 350 homes at Plumb Park in Littleham was approved.
