Plans for an industrial park on the outskirts of Exeter, which could create nearly two thousand new jobs, have been approved by East Devon district council. .
The site at Clyst Honiton is earmarked for storage and distribution warehouses, offices and business space as part of the Exeter and East Devon Growth Point.
The planning committee have also approved a new care home, shops and offices on land near Pinhoe.
