Families in the South West could lose out on more than £364 million if planned tax credit cuts go ahead.
The TUC union has released new research which gives a breakdown on regions in the UK.
On average, 86% of households who receive working tax credits will lose out in the South West.
The loss per family amounts to more than £1,200.
Paul Novak from the TUC says the proposed cuts need rethinking.
