There are calls for a ban of a chemical believed to have caused the deaths of thousands of sea birds off the south west coast.
In recent months they've been found washed up on beaches in locations including Dawlish and Teignmouth, covered in a glue-like substance known as PIB.
Ships are legally allowed to use it to clean their tanks at sea, and then discharge it - but environmentalists say when it's mixed with seawater it thickens and forms the dangerous substance.
