Concerns for 'Richard'
Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a 42-year-old man from Torquay.
Richard, whose last name hasn't been released, was last seen at around midday on Thursday 9 December on Morgan Avenue walking in the direction of the town centre.
He is white, around 5ft 7ins tall and of large build, with dark hair and speaks with a local accent.
He was last seen wearing a red Liverpool jumper/top and a grey coat and was carrying a blue shopping bag.
Police would like to hear from anyone who has seen Richard to get in touch.
Anyone who sees him or knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact police on 999 quoting log 752 9 December.
