An East Devon woman says she won't pay an eighty pound fine for feeding birds.
Rose Rodell has been issued with a fixed penalty notice for giving out peanuts at Market Square in Sidmouth. Rose says she's worried the birds will suffer if she doesn't feed them.
East Devon District Council says feeding the birds attracts vermin and seagulls.
