Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the iconic movie Jaws, "The Shark Is Broken" is a highly praised production on both the West End and Broadway stages.
Co-written by Ian Shaw and Joseph Nixon, the play offers a humorous look behind the scenes of the filming of Jaws, focusing on Robert Shaw's experience.
The UK and Ireland tour starts in 2025, featuring Ian Shaw as his father, Robert Shaw.
The story portrays the challenges faced by lead actors due to weather and mechanical issues, offering a glimpse into the chaos and the magic of filmmaking.
The play had success at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, West End, and Broadway, receiving an Olivier award nomination for Best Comedy Play.
