Changes to the benefits system come into effect in Exeter from today.
Universal Credit replaces six benefits and tax credits including the employment and support allowance, and housing benefit.
But it'll be a gradual roll-out and Exeter's Citizens' Advice Bureau says the only people who'll be affected immediately will be single claimants of Jobseekers' Allowance.
