Crews from seven fire stations attend Abbostskerswell fire
Crews from seven fire stations across Torbay, Teignbridge and the South Hams have put out a blaze at a caravan-conversion company at Abbotskerswell.
Initially Newton Abbot and Torquay were mobilised on Friday afternoon to what what's thought to be a motorhome on fire. When they got there, they confirmed the fire had spread and requested a further four fire engines and a water bowser.
Two motorhomes and the external cladding on a workshop were on fire. Gas cannisters were in danger.
The two camper vans were left severely damaged.
The blaze is being treated as accidental.
