Arron Parrington died on Sunday
Two men are to appear in court on Thursday charged with the murder of 34-year-old Aaron Parrington in Torquay last Sunday.
Ben Milton, aged 18, and Jack Milton, aged 19, both of Ellacombe Church Road, Torquay, will be taken to Plymouth Magistrates’ Court for their first appearance on the charges.
They were arrested shortly after local man Aaron Parrington was killed in the road at around 3.30pm on 17 September.
Police had been granted extra time to question the suspects beyond the 24 hours normally allowed.
Mr Parrington’s family paid tribute to him on Wednesday, saying: “He was a loved father and son, who will be greatly missed. Although we are grateful for the support, we would ask that you respect our privacy at this time.”
