A forty five year old man from Bridport in West Dorset has been arrested in connection with the alleged theft of two dogs from a property near Exeter.
The Spaniels were taken earlier this month from a location between Dunsford and Cheriton Bishop.
The man was arrested by police on suspicion of theft and released under investigation pending further enquiries.
The dogs have been returned to their owner.
