The Exeter Science Park has reached another significant stage, with work beginning on the first building.
The developer behind the park is constructing a three-storey building which will serve as its own base, as well as accommodating other companies.
The Science Park is eventually expected to create around three thousand jobs and attract up to 200 million pounds in private sector investment.
