Detailed proposals for the flagship building at Exeter Science Park have been recieved by Devon County Council.
The £7 million Centre will give space for growing businesses to expand collaboratively with similar science-based companies, using office space, workshops, laboratories and facilities like cafes and meeting rooms.
The application comes several days after the first planning submission for Exeter Science Park. Developer, Eagle One, will aim to build 5,000 square feet of accommodation which will function as space for businesses that grow out of the main building.
The first phase also includes plans for a 150 bed business hotel and conference centre.
