There's been an increase in graffiti in Exeter - including racist words.
The offensive graffiti has appeared in Heavitree and Belmont parks and is being removed as quickly as possible by the city council.
It currently costs 62 thousand pounds a year to get rid of graffiti and clean the pavements, but the city council says it has a policy of removing graffiti promptly because it tends to attract fly-tipping and anti-social behaviour.
