Doctors' surgeries across Exeter, East and Mid Devon have been given a pat on the back by inspectors.
The Care Quality Commission have been looking at practices across the county.
They say a number are good - including The Townsend House Medical Centre in Seaton and the Bramblehaies Partnership in Cullompton.
Foxhayes Practice in Exeter has been rated as outstanding.
