Weekend trading got off to a bad start for some businesses
A series of 'micro' power cuts in Exeter has affected hundreds of homes and businesses this morning. The Sidwell Street area reported that cafe's and shops were all left in the dark, with the power returning just before 9am. It's not known what caused the fault. Western Power hoped everything would be back to normal by 11am
