Postmen and women in Exeter have added their voices to the concerns about street lighting being turned off in some residential areas during the early hours of the morning.
They're now having to start their working day in pitch darkness and say they don't feel safe.
And now that the weather's turned colder, they're facing the dangers of ice on the pavements as well.
