Budleigh Salterton's post office is closing for the next few weeks - for reasons connected with the Grenfell Tower block fire disaster.
The post office counter is located in the local Co-Op shop, and after the devastating fire in London the supermarket chain checked all its stores to make sure they met safety standards.
The shop in Budleigh was found to have defects, meaning that it will be closed until October 18th for all its stock and shelves to be cleared, and the building to be upgraded.
