With Devon and Cornwall police's anti-drink driving crackdown underway, officers say they'd ideally like to see a lowering of the legal alcohol limit.
The road safety charity BRAKE says nationally, around 65 people a year are killed by motorists who've been drinking but are legally still safe to drive.
