They were stopped in Torbay last night
Officers from the Roads Policing Team have shared details of the incident on Twitter.
They say a driver was stopped doing 63 miles an hour in a 30 limit on Torbay Road.
The officer reminded people that the speed limit is in force 24 hours a day and is there for a reason.
