A charity's warning more than 1.5 million adults in the South West aren't doing enough exercise, which means a higher risk of heart disease.
Research from the British Heart Foundation estimates that more than a third of people living in the Westcountry are considered inactive.
Women in the region are more likely to be considered physically inactive as men with around 950,000 women not taking enough exercise compared to around 600,000 men.
