It happened at McDonald's in the early hours on Sunday.
Police have launched an investigation after 2 men were stabbed.
Emergency services were called to the carpark of the McDonald’s restaurant on Whiddon Valley, Barnstaple at around 2:15am on Sunday (6th October).
A man in his 40’s from Hampshire had sustained a stab wound to his arm that was described as serious but not life threatening.
A second man in his 20’s from Barnstaple had also sustained a minor, superficial wound to his arm.
Officers say the suspect remains at large.
Police think it's linked to an incident within the restaurant an hour or so earlier in which criminal damage was caused.
