Thirty-grand wheels nabbed
The vehicle is a Ford transit Chausson Flash Motorhome, which is white with blue and green stripes down the side, similar to the stock image attached to this appeal (see image above).
Investigating Officer PC Alison Hooper, said: “The vehicle was stolen from the driveway of a property on Kings Ash Road in Paignton between 9.45pm on Tuesday 28 August and 9am on the Wednesday.
“We are appealing for witnesses and anyone who may have seen a vehicle matching this description in the area or heading away from the area overnight on Tuesday into Wednesday.
“This vehicle could be anywhere across the UK and we are keen to hear from anyone who has been offered a motorhome for sale or noticed one of this make that is new to the area in the past couple of days.
“The motorhome is worth in the region of £30,000 and as expected, the victim is very upset; we need the public’s help to get to the bottom of this crime."
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101.
