Can you help find Vlad Dumitru?
Police are concerned for the welfare of 46 year old, Vlad Dumitru who has been reported missing from the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital,
Dumitru was last seen on Barrack Road at 11:20am on Friday 29 November 2024.
He is white, with short brown hair and was last seen wearing a cream-coloured jumper, black tracksuit bottoms and grey trainers.
