Motorway between Cullompton and Exeter busy
The M5 has reopened following a serious crash in Devon this morning.
Junction 28 to 29 of the motoway was closed for a few hours after a car smashed into the central reservation.
National Highways is warning of long delays on the motorway.
Routes in and around Cullompton and the surrounding villages have been busy because of high levels of traffic.
