The introduction of flights between Exeter and London is expected to bring a boost to the visitor trade all over Devon.
From October the locally-based airline Flybe wil be operating three flights a day each way.
Flybe's chief commercial officer Paul Simmonds says it'll make the journey in and out of Devon so much faster, that many more people will be attracted to the area.
