The project to create an Exeter Pound has reached a key stage today.
The logo for the currency has been unveiled, and now a competition's been launched to create the designs for the notes themselves.
Anyone who lives, works or studies in the city can enter, submitting designs under the headings of community and diversity, science and technology, culture and sport, and the environment.
