A new guide for landlords is hoping to drive up standards of rented accommodation in Exeter.
The City Council has launched the guide, which they're hoping will result in improved properties for tenants.
The publication sets out landlords responsibilities and has been created in conjunction with the new Exeter Private Rental Forum.
