Bickleigh near Tiverton is one of the areas most at risk

The A377 between Exeter and Barnstaple is closed this morning near Chumleigh, with a number of areas at risk of flooding across Devon [27 December].
The alerts are in place for rivers including the Exe, Otter, Sid and Exmouth area.
The Environment Agency adds: "As river levels are already high and the ground is saturated, this rainfall may result in flooding to low lying land and roads.
"Take care near the areas of concern and monitor your local weather conditions."
