A number of flood alerts are in place this morning after a night of heavy rain with more to come.
The Environment Agency say the rivers Otter, Sid, Clyst, Culm, Teign, Mid-Devon rivers and Exmouth area could all be affected.
The surface water is causing some transport delays - there's disruption on the Waterloo line between Exeter and Yeovil because of flooding at Whimple. There are also delays of up to 40 minutes between Exeter St Davids and Bristol Temple Meads due to flooding at Tiverton Parkway.
On the road, the A373 is closed both ways between Winneford Lane in Honiton and Dulford.
