Blue Islands will take over the route.
A daily, year round service between Exeter and Jersey has been secured.
It was one of the routes operated by Exeter-based airline Flybe, which went into administration last week.
Making the announcement on Facebook, Exeter Airport said the route would maintain "the island’s connectivity to the heart of the South West for Devon and Cornwall."
It will start this Wednesday (11th March) and run daily, year-round.
