One person needed ambulance treatment after a flat fire in Exeter during the night.
It broke out in the 2nd floor property in Church Road, St Thomas at around 1 'o'clock.
Emergency crews needed to use four sets of breathing apparatus to help put it out and clear smoke.
The owner was trated for the effects of smoke inhalation.
