Emergency services called to upturned canoe.
A member of the public called 999 after finding a capsized canoe on Wednesday afternoon (22nd May)
Radio Exe's Jamie Taylor said there were 2 fire engines, 3 ambulances and police at Shooting Marsh Stile near Exe Bridges.
