Taihei Baker hasn't gone to work for weeks
Police are growing increasingly concerned for missing Exeter man.
Taihei Baker, 23, was last seen on Thursday 11 February around noon at the city centre hotel, Jury's Inn.
Mr Baker works hasn't gone to his job at Waitrose on Heavitree Road for the past couple of weeks. He is known to spend time in Topsham and at Exeter Quay.
He is Asian, approximately 5'8" tall, slim, with short black hair. He was last seen wearing black trousers and a green/brown waxy style jacket.
