Exeter's HMV store has been spared from closure in the first round of shut-downs announced by the administrators Deloitte.
This morning they listed 66 stores that will close over the next two months, with the loss of more than 900 jobs.
The Exeter shop is NOT among them.
The music and DVD retailer entered administration last month.
