A flat in Exeter has been badly damaged by fire.
Three pumps were sent to Windermere Close at a quarter to two this morning.
Three people were led to safety and checked over by paramedics.
The fire crews put out the blaze, but most of the first floor flat was affected.
The cause is being investigated.
