A Devon MP has today used a debate in the House of Commons to discuss the proposed diesel scrappage scheme.
Neil Parish, the Tory MP for Tiverton and Honiton, supports the scrappage plan which could take nearly 10% of the five million dirtiest diesels off the road.
The chair of the commons environment committee, Mr Parish raised the subject of the Government's £500 million scrappage scheme in Parliament.
