Kevin Fitzgerald was convicted of affray
Police in Devon have renewed an appeal for the public’s help to locate a man who is wanted on recall to prison.
Kevin Fitzgerald, 38, who was originally convicted of affray, is sought by police for a breach of licence conditions on release from prison.
Numerous enquiries have been made by police to locate and arrest him.
Officers are now appealing to the public to report any sightings of Mr Fitzgerald who has known links to Plymouth, Liskeard and London.
He is white, around 5ft 7ins tall, of medium build, and has short brown hair. He has a scar on his forehead and a four-inch scar on his left elbow. He has a London accent.
