A forty year old Okehampton man has been charged with four counts of rape.
Paul Brown, who's also known as Paul D Smart, from Richards Close, has also been accused of two offences of voyeurism.
They are alleged to have taken place between 2014 and last year.
Mr Brown appeared before Exeter's Magistrates Court on Saturday.
He was remanded in custody and is due before the city's Crown Court next month.
