Police are appealing for help to identify a man pictured on CCTV, after reports of a public order offence in Exeter last month.
It allegedly happened at the Subway Queen Street on Sunday the 1st of December at around 4am.
The victim, a teenage woman, was approached by a man who was verbally abusive and used homophobic language towards her.
Investigating officers are keen to identify the man pictured as its thought he may have information vital to the investigation.
Anyone who recognises the man is asked to contact police on 101 quoting CR/107980/19.
