The new town of Cranbrook looks set to be allocated money from a pot of Government cash designated for helping move housing schemes forward.
The Government is putting a total of two hundred and 25 million pounds into proposed or ongoing developments, to keep them on track and help attract private investment.
Cranbrook's project team put in a bid for funding, and have been told they and three other developments are in line for a share of the money.
They're waiting to hear how much has been allocated to Cranbrook,
