There are calls for more controls over the use of drones - after a mid-Devon councillor saw one with a camera attached hovering outside the window of her living-room in Tiverton.
Christine Daw has reported the incident to the police and will also be raising it with the council.
She's since spoken to several other people who've had similar experiences.
Councillor Daw is concerned that the restrictions on flying drones near buildings aren't being enforced.
