Dozens of homes in Topsham have been without landlines or broadband for nearly three weeks.
And the occupants say what's making it worse is a lack of communication from BT - who've apparently kept telling them the fault will be repaired 'in a few days'.
BT say they're sorry for the delay in restoring services, it's an exceptionally complex job and could take another week - their engineers are working hard to get it done
