Ass worth more than woman
A donkey statue, struck in bronze, and the size of, well, a donkey, has been pilfered from a garden centre in east Devon.
The donkey is worth £899 and has been taken along with a statue of a woman who, at five feet tall, could also be life-sized. She's worth £149 and is sitting on a round plinth.
A third statue taken from Sidmouth Garden Centre hasn't been described or valued.
The thief struck around 11.25 p.m. on Thursday 13 August.
Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to call police on101 or email 101@dc.police.uk
