One lane closed inbound
Devon County Council's highways department says it's set up an emergency lane closure on Bridge Road inbound on Wednesday because of structural concerns. New pedestrain and cycling bridges were installed last year over the main A379 as part of a major road widening scheme - and a lane added.
They've not said what structural problems have arisen.
