Bookmakers and weather experts have been slashing the odds on the hottest summer ever in Devon.
Bookies Paddy Power are offering odds of 4 to 1 that the area will see a new record high.
The highest temperature recorded so far in Devon was in 1990 - at 35 point 4 degrees celcius.
Paddy Power are also offering odds of six to one for David Cameron to take a holiday in Devon this year, and 16 to 1 that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, with baby George, to pay a visit.
