A report recommending the safeguarding of community hospital beds in East Devon goes before the board of the local Clinical Commissioning Group today.
They'll be discussing the proposal to retain all the hospital beds in Ottery, Honiton, Sidmouth, Seaton and Axminster - although no decision's being made at this stage.
The recommendation's been made by a group, which includes councillors and doctors.
