It ends a 14 year long spell at the club
Jack Sparkes will put on his red and white shirt for the last time this weekend after he announced that he's leaving the club.
The 22-year-old academy graduate is ending his 14 year career having made 150 first team appearances for the club, scoring nine times.
He joined City's academy aged 8 and first appeared in the first team aged just 17 - his first goal for the club came two weeks later against Yeovil Town in the EFL Trophy.
It hasn't yet been announced where he is moving to.
